Lol. This guy has no clue what he is talking about. Google themselves say there are “over 200 factors” that come into ranking websites, PageRank is only one of these and it’s only a measure of popularity.
SEOmoz did a great job using Spearman Correlation to prove that Toolbar PageRank actually does not show any correlation itself to where a website will rank in the SERPs.
Hopefully CWP Tech Solutions will stick to doing RAM upgrades.
